Village Books: Bellingham, WA

We had a lovely time at Village Books on Thursday night. I hadn't been to Bellingham in years, and it's become an amazingly vibrant community. Village Books itself is impressive, with 10,000 square feet on three floors. The event itself was cozy, just 25 of us, but great discussions come from intimate venues.

On a semi-related note, HOTEL landed at #3 this week on the Pacific Northwest Bestseller List, right behind some guy named John Gershwin...Griswald...oh, yeah...GRISHAM...whoever heis. Also notched in at #4 in the Chicagoland area.

One more event today, then back to Montana for 36 hours.

Bay Area, here we come!

LOL about Gershwin. But I'm not surprised. I'm telling everybody, this is going to be a bestseller. And I'm milking for all its worth the fact that I read it first!
